The seminar will examine critically the benefits and restrictions of established methods of studio instruction, such as the ‘crit’, and will seek to formulate proposals for new approaches to studio teaching, to not only maximise the benefits for staff and students, but also to develop ways to demonstrably use the facilities to their fullest extent.
